My fiance and I went to Galpin Volkswagen looking for a great deal on a new vehicle and we were blown away with the excellent customer service we received from everyone at the dealership. Nick Khazzaka, a Sales and Leasing associate worked EXTREMELY hard to get us the deal we wanted and that would fit both our budgets. I can't even begin to explain how much time and effort he put into getting us the perfect deal. We were there the whole day and to be honest I wouldn't change that for one moment. A lot of people dread going to a dealership to buy a car because of the long waiting process, but I can honestly say it was worth every minute we were there. The overall experience if I could rate it, was just above and beyond to give it just a 5. We would give Nick Khazzaka and the team at Galpin Volkswagen a million plus if we could. Michael Gould, Sales Manager and Vicky Moreno, Finance Manager were extemely helpful throughout the whole process. Walking out of that dealership with a brand new 2014 Jetta was just an incredible experience that I will never forget and all thanks to Nick Khazzaka and his team. If you are looking to buy your first car or replacing an old one and you want excellent service from beginning to end, we recommend that you go to Galpin Volkswagen, and of course to their amazing Sales and Leasing associate...
