Review content:
At first glance Rest Haven looks very welcoming and clean, but walk deeper into the hallways and you will smell the unwelcoming scent of urine. One might thing that is simply the smell of nursing homes/rehabilitation centers. NOT TRUE! The staff is not trained well at all, and miss crucial warning signs of distress and illness.The patients are treated like robots not people. They treat the the residents with little respect not listening to their needs. They follow the the same guidelines for every patient. They fail to realize the every patient has special needs. The staff there definitely needs training and the ability to care. Rest Haven has a serious lack of these services. They definitely have no communication with staff and patients!!
