Yess this is the company you want to have come to your home and clean not only your carpets but your couches and your mattresses. They do it all!! I had called them about a week ago and set up an appointment for this past Monday and now I finally have the time to write a review...
They came out in the morning I figured that would be enough time to have them come, clean the carpet and have it dry up before the kids came back from school.
They arrived on time! which I could already tell this was going to be a smooth process. just by them arriving at the time they said they would I even received a courtesy call 10 minutes prior to their arrival.
He looked at each room, at each couch, and at each mattress. He was able to give me a price before starting the work. I thought it was very fair. I had him start the work right away I even received a 10% off from that total price... niiiiice ")
He started working at around 8:30 and he was done by 12:30 which gave me five hour before the kids came home. The carpets were completely dried around 3-4 and let me tell you it looked great no stain in sight no odor of bad smelling carpet. The mattresses were sanitized and deodorized yes my kids had one or two accidents on them. but whose doesn't, they looked they smelled cleaned. and my couches so much better than before, i was super happy with the work. thank you for it all Laguna Hills Carpet Care
