Terrible,terrible experience.Came to service my AC which had started to leak water. Took an hour to open unit, pour a bottle of water in, declare unit OK, and close it up. Apparently I had cleared a blockage in the condensate line while waiting 2 days for them. Charged me $200 for this non-repair. Paid with credit card because I didn't want to spend time arguing with them. Month later start getting bills which I ignored, and then nasty letters from so called Collection Agent. Called SE to waste my time arguing anyway. Could not get to speak to manager, and wasted a day waiting for them to call me. Called them again and got manager to apologize profusely. Big deal. You can't pay more for lousy service. Oh, and their web site has all five star testimonials, but does not allow you to write a review\r \r Frank McMenamin\r West Chester, Pa.
