when we signed up for phone add-on they gave us free HBO for several months. However, the bastards didn't let us know that at the end of the free time they charge you for it! when I called to say I did not want it and NEVER asked for it they said I still had to pay. I told the jerk that they were sneaky sh*ts. He thought that it was alright what they were doing. SOB, not only is HBO not worth a dime, but buckeye has the balls to screw their customers over.
