I had a water heater emergency. I called F&D after hours and to my surprise got a live voice. I explained my issue and was told someone would be at my house by around 8:30 the next day to analyze the issue. Ed arrived before 8 and determined that we needed a new water heater. He offered various options and helped guide me to the best choice, not only for myself, but for any future owners of the house. He explained that his technicians would pick up the heater and be at my house in a short amount of time. They were at my house very quickly. \r
I was very happy with the work that James did. The old heater was out and the new heater was installed within a couple of hours. My basement, though still a little damp in some spots, looks just like it did before he arrived...except for the new water heater, of course.There was no mess for me to clean up. James, and the F&D, team did a great job...I will use them again.
