Review content:
The staff at the Lake Oswego shop are rude and incompetent. I have stopped in couple of times over the last couple of weeks because I'm working on a large project and the location was convenient. I will not be going back. \r

The staff acts put out if you ask for any kind of assistance. Once I finally got a staff member to assist me, she set up the machine incorrectly and my prints came out wrong. I asked her to fix it and she got annoyed. The annoyance and frustration they show toward their customers is unprofessional. \r

I was cutting some copies down, and needed some scissors for more intricate, rounded cuts. There were none to be found... Isn't this an Office Center?? So once I could get a staff member to actually look at me, I asked for some scissors. She told me they have a cutter- well, yeah, I had just used that. I told her I needed scissors, and she acted annoyed and told a different staff member to find some for me. He didn't know where any were. Had to look around a bit before finding some. Wow. \r

Cassidy T. at this location is the worst of the bunch. She's happy to stay in the back and joke around with other employees, but the second you ask her for help she turns sour. I have some big projects coming up, and because of her and other staff members I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, where people understand customer service.
