I love being a AAA member. If you're not a member, consider that they have their own DMV service. The counter staff is so knowledgeable and they have all the forms so you won't have to endure a long wait and terrible service at the state run DMV. The AAA staff do everything for you. I like that! When we transitioned from military to civilians, I didn't know I had a deadline to convert my WA registered vehicle to CA. Not only did they help me figure out my fine but they helped me bring it down as low as possible. While I was there, I also received a free travel bag just for speaking with their insurance guy.
