I have been a real estate investor for over 25 years and am a licensed realtor in several states (not Florida). So, the thought of finding my own residential income properties in the Florida real estate market was the first thought that came to mind. The first thing I ever tell a new investor or broker is to know the area and I forgot to listen to my own advice. After several missteps I found the Virtual Homes Realty office.
