Aaron was my service technician and I felt that he was trained by his company to ""up sell"" the drain cleaner product for sinks that I did not need. I searched for on-line information about the product and when there was none, I called the product company directly. They said that the product does work, however they do recommend selling it as ARS Colorado does. I had to ask him to wear protective covering when he walked through my home, which seemed to offend him. I had called ARS because I had black water and they were offering a $88 dollar special. I ended up with a $250 dollar bill, and the way Aaron dealt with that was by telling me it was $350. When I was shocked he said just joking it is only $250.00. He is a master salesmen - I will give him that. Ultimately I did not feel that I completely trusted him or his company.
