I have never before experienced such atrocious customer service. My wife and are both college educated, gainfully employed, financially responsible people, yet the staff at New Dimensions treated us like garbage. They were rude, dismissive and refused to return our phone calls and emails. They were so incredibly disrespectful they caused my wife to cry. Luckily we did not enter into an agreement with New Dimensions, because I can only assume they would continue to have treated us like inferior people for the entirety of our relationship.
