This review is based on the customer service, not the actual service since we didn't use them.
I called several companies for an estimate to disinfect our basement where sewage was released by plumbers via a clean out. Due to the cost we didn't useA-1 Flood Tech. The basement was concrete and used for storage and a workshop. There was only about 3" of standing water, so it wasn't too terrible so we couldn't justify the cost since we had to pay out of pocket.

- knowledgeable about the process
- thorough and educated me as to why they have their process and the products they use.
- the process involves hiring a hygienist to take samples before and after. I think this is a great way to ensure quality control and ensure the job was done right
