I have been going for years and my vet left and a new vet who has an english accent is an idiot who acts snobby. He's quite intimating. My dog needed her teeth cleaned and I paid about $250 for blood testing to make sure she could be put under, as she is older and was born very premature. When I picked her up there were and still are three burns along her side. They suggested it may have been the heating pad but "whose to know" and refused to reimburse for the blood work, procedure, visit to check the burn scare THEY ARE AWFUL AND DOCTOR WILLA.... IS SCAREY. DO NOT GO HERE MY PET WAS BURNED ON THE OPERATING TABLE.
