Review content:
I had my sewer back up in my basement. They were fast in getting here to get the main drain unclogged. I talked to guy before he even started. I said to do the longer rooter to make sure he got all of the way to the road. He ended up talking me into the shorter one. My drains worked great for 1 week and there I was with the same problem again. I called them on Saturday morning and they said it would be Monday before they could come out because of the guarantee. In the end they did come out that same day becuase it was our sewer again backing up. They did fix the problem but for anyone who has ever has this mess in their basement going through it twice in 1 week is not fun. Just be aware...stick to your gut feeling.
