Review content:
I made an appointment specifically to have a tooth fixed that had broken. I made it clear that I wanted it done in one visit. I was told this was no problem. THIS WAS A LIE! I showed up for the appointment. They took exrays, then asked me when I would like to schedule the appointment to have the tooth fixed. I told them that I had asked specifically to have this done in one day and was told that it was no problem. I was told that they must have misunderstood my request, that I would have been told differently if they understood what I was wanting.\r I asked when I made the appointment if they were a 'participating provider' for my insurance company. I was told yes. THAT WAS A LIE! I later received a bill for another $85 over the $100 I was originally quoted. When I called to ask about this I was told that they accept my insurance, but that they don't have a 'contract' with them and therefore I was responsible for what they didn't cover\r I made payment arrangements with them because I didn't have the full amount available. I was told that as long as my payment was received by the due date I would not be charged a late fee. THIS WAS A LIE! My payment was due on the 18th, they received it on the 15th. Late fee was charged since I didn’t pay in full. \r
