I ordered a pair of glasses at the Optical Department at JC Penney in the Golf Mill Center. It has been over a month since I ordered them. I'm so frustrated.\r

I've been told the optical orders are backlogged. I sent an email to Customer Service and got a phone call that ended up telling me that my glasses should be ready on Tuesday. That was yesterday. (I guess if there's no sign of my order by Saturday...I'll drive out there and get a refund.)\r

I was also told not to call them..they will call me. I can't believe how long this is taking. If I get a refund, I'll have to wait even longer with the new place I go to.\r

I'm losing sleep. I'm so sad. \r
