Review content:
Terrible service. The employees seem to not know what they are talking about most likely because they are on drugs. Anyone who grades this place as good is obviously the owner or the management I have yet to see a happy customer besides the people who know nothing about pools and have hundreds of dollars to throw at problems. The chemicals and parts are overpriced because the business is failing and the owner knows it. I see the way the owner deals with his business, he is either swearing at his employees or failing to take care of people's pools, or worrying about his ex-wife's competing business (North Eastern). I see their employees dumping chlorine in the back which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Do your research people, 1 hour of learning how to take care of your pool problems will save you a lot of money than relying on drugged out high school students that only go off what a computer tells them.
