Early this year I contacted Rene Ruiz to discuss the sale of my home in San Marcos and the purchase of a new home in Kyle. Rene was very willing to work around my schedule and meet with me when it was convenient. He advised me on what I needed to do to get my home ready to sell. After a couple of months, the house went on the market. I have to mention here that while Rene was out of the country, on vacation, only a week after my house went on the market, I got a contract for the sale of my home. I was very impressed and pleased that Rene continued to communicate with me even while he was on vacation! He kept me informed with what was going on with the sale, and was also able to get me the paperwork I needed to sign. Soon after we started viewing homes in the Kyle area. Once again Rene impressed me with how familar he was with the area and different neighborhoods. He was very through in our walk thru’s, knowledgeable with what to look for, and he pointed out things I would have never thought to look for. After seeing so many houses, we finally found the perfect house in a great neighborhood. Since that time, I have gotten married and we are now getting ready to once more use Rene to sell my husband’s home in South Austin. Rene is by far the best realtor I have ever used and I recommend him highly to anyone looking to a buy or sell a home from San Marcos to Austin!! He knows this business and you will not be disappointed!\r
