I was very disappointed with the service I received when my car was towed in for repairs. The car was towed in on 9/5/2013 and the repair was completed on 9/17/2013. I understand you may have had a busy week, but I never received a phonecall from the service department to inform me of what the damage was, the cost of the repairs, the length of time it would take to repair, or that it was ready, when it was repaired. Any phonecalls for updating the status of the repairs were begun by me. I repeatedly called and was promised 3 or 4 times the part would be in the next day and repairs completed, but they weren't. I like my Elantra, but I feel the service department at Pride Hyundai needs to be better.
