Review content:
Service is in-consistent; tires generally good service. Front end alignment is a gamble at best. I have been a customer since 1992 for tires mostly however I have tried their front-end alignment service and that is when it is a gamble. Out of 4 times, 3 I have had poor service, only once was the service performed reasonable. Take your chance and be prepared for anything but mostly frustration, waste of time and waste of money. I wrote them a letter stating my recent experience of having a frame part purposely loosened to simulate broken engine mounts and they did not respond at all. The reason I can state it was done on purpose was the front end made so much noise when I applied the brakes I was afraid to drive back, instead too my car to the nearest auto repair shop I knew off and they told me the frame cross member was lose, this has never happened ever in the 23 years of owning my car!
