Excellent experience here. Had to bring two cars in in the space of a week for similar (moderately expensive) problems. Interacting with the staff made a frustrating situation bearable. \r

They got me checked in and to work in a loaner in under an hour both times. They diagnosed the problem quickly and called me with explanations of what was wrong within an hour or two, and asked before going ahead with repairs. They were not condescending in their explanations, and followed up to check on how the car was running after I left. \r

These guys will be my go-to business for car trouble while I'm in Seattle.
