I have been using Brian and Bryco Plumbing for more than twelve years now for the buildings I manage in the San Fernando Valley. They are always available, and they are extremely reliable. This is why we keep using them. If there is an emergency, no matter if it is a weekend, night, or holiday, his crew is ready to take care of our tenants. One year on Christmas, a tenant's floor was backing up with debris and sewage. They came to take care of it with no hesitation. Brian is on top of his business. If there is any chance of an issue happening after his crew does their work, he will provide us with a follow up visit. He's got a lot of willingness. You won't find this with a lot of other plumbers. I highly recommend him.
