Everytime I go to vegas, I visit Samba. For $30 (only $5 more than the average buffet in Vegas now) you can get all you can eat Brazillian style BBQ. The way it works is the waiters bring out 9 different meats on skewers for you to try. After you have tried it, you can ask for the ones you like. They also give you side dishes, which is very good (I have a hard time staying away from the rice and beans). The best thing about it is that the food comes out of the BBQ and doesn't sit there all night long. I highly recommend the bacon wrapped turkey, flank steak, pinnapple pork, and their garlic sauce. Pros: Fresh Food, Ambiance, Sauces Cons: Pricey
