I had permanent lower eyeliner done by Nikki Leitao 2 days ago. I wish I had done this sooner!!! The procedure was completely PAIN FREE! Nicki is very personable, VERY hygienic and takes her time with her work. Her fees are VERY reasonable and includes is a 6 week follow up appointment to check and perfect her work. Not having to worry about applying eyeliner every day and having it run down your face as the day progresses is GREAT!!! I HIGHLY recommend Nikki!
