Put it this way. We had to file in Hays County small claims court to get our money back from City Appliance. I made the mistake of paying in advance for a part and service call. The owner and his son have not offered a refund nor came out to finish what they started in over a month. A couple of phones calls have been loaded with excuses and false promises of coming out and completing the job that they were payed in full for. They have said the original service man had been fired, they ordered the wrong part, the part was not in stock, the part is here and we are on our way out etc. etc. I will update after our court date. So, do better research than I did and leave these people for bankruptcy. They do not care about their customers. Why they have a Christian fish symbol on their invoices is beyond hypocrisy.
