Horrible experience. We recently moved from another state to Spokane and were referred by our primary physician to this group for our young adult son who has autism, mainly for medicine management. We got a phone call from their office assistant and set up an appointment with their nurse practitioner. Everything was good for about 5 minutes, until the office assistant called us back, told us that we had lied to them about our son, that he had brain injuries and was violent--which was never the case. This was a weird, strange phone call, almost paranoid psychotic--certainly some irony there. I'm guessing this is an office of mental health folks in crisis (too many patients) or they are insurance scammers that just want easy cases.
