Review content:
Some women have complained about how cold the water in the swimming pool is. It is supposed to be a heated pool, but the water is Not warm. A heated pool should be between 75 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. I have been two different temps by two different guards. One guard said it is supposed to be 82 degrees, the other 72 degrees. I do not think it is 82 degrees. Also, the big glass doors are usually open, so if cold air is blowing into the pool area, it is cooling the water off. When I asked a manager about the water temperature and told him that women were complaining, he said, ""No customer is going to tell me what to do."" I would think he would be interested in pleasing the customers and checking the temperature. I do not see a pool thermometer anywhere and wonder what the temperature really is. Bottom line, I have been there when a cold water hose was feeding cold water into the pool, and in the winter, it was really cold. I have been in a heated pool in Florida, in winter, and it is warm! This is Not a warm pool. The hot tub, on the other hand is 104 degrees, too hot, but the manager thinks this is ""standard"". The fact is 100 degrees is standard and blood boils at 108. I think all of the hot water is going into the hot tub that should be used to warm the big pool. In any case, too warm is as bad as too cold. Bacteria grow in water that is too warm and I keep getting a jock itch after visting this pool/spa. I don't know if it is the children or what, but noticed bubbles in the water of the pool one day, which indicates sewage in the water. Clean water does not have bubbles floating on its surface. I think the management has a bad attitude towards customers. From where I come from: if you do not have customers you do not have a job, customers pay your salary. The customer is your boss. Humility is the root of nobility. I find the management is arrogant, argumentative and not interested in health and safety. Period.
