I recently used ChemDry for the first time in my home and I have to say I was very pleased with their work. I have used nearly every carpet cleaning company/machine and the results are always the same...the carpets look good for a couple of days then the problem spots come back and the carpets are soaked. I mentioned my frustration to a neighbor of mine who then suggested I try ChemDry so I decided I would. Although I was a little surprised with the price difference from a steam cleaning, I felt a lot better after the technician explained the process and how he was going to treat my carpet. I had wine spills and dog urine like you wouldn't believe that I was sure would not come up so I was hesitant to invest too much in the cleaning, but the technician felt confident he could make it disappear if I went with the recommendations so I did. They assured me that their work was guaranteed but there was no need, it turned out great! And best of all the carpet was dry in 2 and a half hours, something I could never say using steam cleaners in the past. But overall I was very happy and would recommend ChemDry for your home!
