Review content:
After having my car on site for 6.5 HOURS, they called to say that they still hadn't figured out the problem. In my mind, this means they hadn't started working on it yet. The cruise control was malfunctioning and they stated they couldn't fix the car unless they were able to re-duplicate the problem.. which is ridiculous; why would I waste my entire day and get a ride to/from work if there's not a real problem? They were unable to fix my radio/clock. All the service technician did was replace the fuse, which blew again, and he then stated that's all the warranty covered and I would be charged $107 to remove and diagnose the radio. So I picked up my car. They did end up replacing the cruise control switch, but I still have no clock or radio. I'm taking it to a different dealer who actually knows what they're doing, so hopefully I can get it fixed. Big waste of a day and totally frustrating experience.
