HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD OVER A YEARS TIME WITH THIS OFFICE. I HAD STARTED GOING HERE WHEN I WAS 18 AND WENT TO HAVE MY FIRST PAPSMEAR. WHEN I TOOK A HOME PREGNANCY TEST AND IT WAS POSITIVE I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM TO CONFIRM I WAS PREGNANT AND GET EVERYTHING STARTED. I SEEN DR. WASHBURN THE FIRST TIME AND FOR THE FIRST 20 MINS ALL WE DID WAS ARGUE THAT I WAS NOT RPEGNANT BECAUSE I WAS STILL ON MY PERIOD. ONCE I TOLD HIM TO HUMOR ME BY DOING A URINE PREGNANCY TEST, IT CAME BACK THAT I WAS INDEED PREGNANT AND I WAS ABOUT 3 MONTHS ALONG. ONCE DONE WITH DR. WASHBURN I WENT TO THE CHECKOUT DESK AND THE LADY HANDED ME A CARD AND SAID THAT SHE HAD SET ME UP AN APPOINTMENT TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. I LOOKED AT THE CARD, IT WAS FOR THE ABORTION CLINIC RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD. I POLITELY HANDED IT BACK TO HER AND SAID THAT I DID NOT NEED THIS OR THE APPT. SHE LOOKED AT ME CONFUSED AND ASKED "" WELL YOU DON'T WANT TO KEEP THE THING DO YOU?"" I WAS APPAULD. I TOLD HER YES I DO PLAN ON KEEPING MY CHILD AND THAT BOTH ME AND MY FIANCE ARE BOTH VERY EXCITED. SHE WENT ON TO LECTURE ME BY TELLING ME THAT I HAVE MY WHOLE LIFE AHEAD OF ME AND THAT THIS WILL BE VERY HARD ON ME FINANCIALLY WISE CONSIDERING I WAS STILL IN HIGHSCHOOL. I WAS 22 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME AND HAD NOT BEEN IN SCHOOL FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS!! I SAW DR. POLLARD THE REST OF MY PREGNANCY AND I ADORED HIM. HE WAS VERY KIND AND CARING ABOUT MY PREGNANCY AND SITUATION. HOWEVER AS AN OVERALL OFFICE THE STAFF AND MOST DOCTORS ARE VERY RUDE AND ACT LIKE YOUR PROBLEMS ARE NOT A CONCERN AND ARE NOT A BIG DEA. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
