BEWARE- I would NOT use this company. Yes their party buses are very nice and they appear personable and friendly initially (don’t get sucked in) however, they will scam you with so many extra charges that in the end you will pay way more then you expected. Also if any issues or dissatisfaction occur they will not be cooperative with a resolution. They told me whatever I wanted to hear regarding their party bus, service and driver when I was at their office. While I was there they took my non-refundable deposit and never mentioned a contract or any additional fees. When they emailed me my reservation later they apparently attached a contract. Although I never saw, signed or was told about a contract they held me to the additional charges not that I would have had much choice, if I would have seen it, as I had already given the non-refundable deposit. When I tried to resolve the extra credit card charge later they were unprofessional and unreasonable and basically told me there was nothing I could do. DO NOT give them your credit card if you can help it. My first clue should have been when I made a comment about their “old school” credit card imprint machine and was told that they use it because it is harder for people to challenge their credit card charges if they have an actual imprint of the card. The extra charge and “hidden contract” were not the only issues they also put champagne on the bus for the teens although specifically asked not to which was luckily caught by me at the last minute. The air conditioner did not appear to work well and in fact some of the teens suffered from heat exhaustion although we were guaranteed the air was ice cold. The driver was unfriendly and seemed more bothered then anything else. The driver also did not know how to operate the DVD player, the stereo or any other features in the party bus which was a frustration and inconvenience during the event. They give no recourse if you are dissatisfied with their service or feel the charges are unfair as in was not told about them. It ended up being the worst customer service experience that I have ever had especially after they told me ""you do not want to make an enemy out of us."" Their operations are shady so just beware. I have NEVER in my life written a negative review for any company however; it was such a bad experience that I felt an overwhelming responsibility to warn others. \r
