Dr. Bindrim was my gastrointestinal doctor. I like him very much. He was professional and knowledgeable. My beef has to do with his office staff. Before my procedure it took about 6 phone calls to assure his practice was IN network with my insurance company. Eventually, his office told me, YES he is in-network with First Helath. As it turns out, he has not been in network with First Health since 2011. I operated with the false information given to me by his staff. I would have looked for another doctor that was really in-network for my procedure. If a doctor were IN-network, I would have had $0 out of pocket. Now his office is charging me a heafty sum. This, at its best is negeliance.
