Review content:
Called in the schedule a farm call with Dr. MacDonald first thing on a Tues. I was told she was out doing farm calls, but they would try to reach her. Didn't hear back called again Weds morning. Told they would call back as soon as she was out of surgery. No call. Called again late afternoon, said she was going to give me a call that night or the next day. Meanwhile, my girl isn't eating and her condition is deteriorating. I had relayed what was going on with her to the receptionist so they knew the severity. Still have yet to receive a phone call from them, it's now Sunday and my girl has had to have surgery and is very weak because I waited for a call from this uncaring/unprofessional woman. I didn't not realize that there were other options available in the area, unfortunately. Luckily now I do. If you have an animal that can travel to an office (they even take pigs) go the the VCA Animal Medical Center on Woodbury Ave in Portsmouth. We saw Dr, Guerino and he was wonderful. We're hoping my girl will pull through, but she certainly would have had an infinitely better chance if time hadn't been wasted waiting for people that don't care.
