Review content:
Before we moved into our new home we had three alcoves that needed to be covered with bookshelves. Each one is a different size and they're all very shallow, so Closet & Storage Concepts did a lot of planning and custom work to get all the shelves to work properly. They also did our master closet. Rob, the owner, made very helpful suggestions about what things we may want and need there. Then they went out of way to find a particular laminate that matched our house to cover the island they built for us.
We're getting ready to have them build a corner cabinet as well. Once again, they're going out of their way to find pulls that will match our kitchen cabinets. We've also gotten an estimate on our garage, although we probably won't have that done until the spring. Even so, the owner spent a lot of time talking with us about it.
Their customer service is excellent. I feel as if I know Lana, the office owner. She's very personable, as is Rob. He made a special trip up here to make sure our new cabinet would work the way we wanted it to, even though they had already taken measurements. Both employees we interacted with were very courteous and cleaned up messes. We had no problems at all.
