The first time i ever walked in Bizarre Guitar, about 12 years ago, I had been a touring musician for alot of years and seen alot of music stores all over the country and this place was the real deal...cool Rock and Roll vibe, Led Zep playing on the radio, I had never seen so many Les Paul's in my life! it was like Gibson HEAVEN!! LOL....The Customer service has always been great, the prices are lower than anywhere. The Staff has always been willing to spend extra time with you and are very knowledgeable...THAT goes a long way. I got to meet Mr. Golden on a few occaisions and he always thanks me for coming into his store, mega cool guy.A couple weeks ago, I spent alot of time talking to Dave about Dimarzio Pickups for my Les Paul, he showed me what HE uses and i took a chance and bought 2 of them...I asked if he could install them and the wait time was a couple days which was fine by me.....He called me a few hours later and told me he had them installed!! and i LOVE the pickups!!! I won't shop anywhere else... I have always felt like a friend, more than just a customer...I'm buying a PRS from them real soon!!!
