I had to book a last minute flight out of Jacksonville and called Airport Express at 8pm to see if they could pick me up by 7am the next morning. After I had booked everything with Wayne and had it all set, a friend called me to check on me and offered to take me to the airport himself. So I called Wayne back and apologized about the inconvenience, but to please cancel the reservation. Wayne was so wonderful and helpful, he even refunded me the full amount and didn't charge me the cancellation fee! I really appreciated getting me all set up at the last minute, and then being so considerate when I had to cancel. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend you to my St. Augustine friends and will call you next time I am in town and need a ride!
