I brought in my dog to get his shots and was horrified at the experience I had. Their staff is completely incompetent. They forgot about us in the waiting room and there wasn't anyone else waiting! After 30 minutes I reminded them that we had an appointment. We finally get in and thank goodness I was paying attention - they almost gave my dog the same shot twice! I decided to not put my dog through that again, so I called to have them make copies of my dog's medical records so we could go to a better vet. They told me they would have it for me at the front counter. I show up and they have no clue who I am (even though I'd spoken to them on the phone 30 minutes earlier) and the lost all of my dog's paper work! I now have no record of my dog's shots or medications. If you love your pet and value its health - DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE!
Cons: Poor Medical Treatment, Expensive, Unprofessional
