A driver rear-ended me and I had to go to the ER (emergency room), because my neck and back was in severe pain from the collision. State Farm Insurance (15570 Brookhurst St., Westminster, CA 92683) never paid the bill for the accident and this in turn ended up being turned over to a collection agency and this ruined my credit score. Till this day, the record is still on my credit report. I was never informed about the bill until the collection agency contacted me. That was about 6 months ago. To date I had to deal with the following; pay for the bill out of my own pocket, paid my monthly insurance bill to State Farm, which all went down the drain for nothing, and a ruined credit score.
State Farm Insurance is a total scam and a rip off. I was a former longtime loyal customer who will never use State Farm again.
