Review content:
Pay little attention to competing trainers from other gyms whose sole fitness accomplishment is thier certification. They charge big money to prescribe your program yet they themselves have not done a single push up in a dozen years. The trainers at Club USA dont just train for health, they compete on the NPC circuit. The best of them is Beth Paradis a forty something mother of four that looks better than most 20 yr olds. Check out her competition photos online, not the nasty lies of jealous trainers afraid of the fact that if you hire her you will end up looking like her.
