I purchased a shirt on Thursday October 10th, need it for Friday afternoon, took it to Dryclean Max on Fry Road for PRESS Only and was supposed to pick it up on Friday after 5:00 P.m. \r
On Friday afternoon at 5:15 was there to pick up the shirt, they could not find the shirt. A counter lady called the person who had picked up my shirt and she told me that there \r
was a problem with your shirt and it is not ready. I asked what happened and she said they washed the Brand New shirt by mistake and it is still in the washer, I asked to bring the shirt because I need it. after 15 minutes they brought the wet and wrinkle shirt to me. I told them this is not acceptable and, since I needed the shirt for Friday late afternoon I told them that I will go and buy another shirt and will talk to the manager next day. On Saturday morning I called to make sure the manager is there before I go, she was so I went there to talk to her. Oh my god , Connie the manager came from the back with an attitude, did not say hello or can I help you , Did not let me talk and was so rude and was saying that nothing happened to the shirt. I was trying to explain that this was a brand new shirt and I did not want to wash it (slim fit) because of the fit, she was keep cutting me off and getting louder and louder, \r
she called me a liar and told me that I took the shirt and washed it Myself!!! and I need to get off her face!!!\r
I asked one of the employee who was there when they brought me the wet shirt of the washer and she told her that shirt was wet. I told her that she should be fired for treating the customer like this , Connie said that she doesn’t care if she gets fire. Very unprofessional and rude, One employee came in and said she will call the police if I do not leave.\r
I left the shirt there and ask to have her supervisor to contacted me. She said she knows they will not do anything about ruining the shirt
