Peter Staver has helped my family through the writing of wills, powers of attorney and deeds which have all been quite satisfactory until recently. Because I was satisfied with his legal services, I recommended a friend of mine to him for help with some financial matters. I introduced my friend to him and the 3 of us had a preliminary meeting about her issues. He told her that she could call him with questions and when she was ready to proceed with her legal issues he would do his best to help her. Unfortunately, after several attempts to contact him, my friend has never been able to talk with him again. He has never called her back nor instructed his staff to contact her for him. My friend had every intention of letting Peter help her with her financial matters and even took some papers to him that he had requested in that one and only meeting. I do not know what the problem is, maybe it is not Peter but his staff but I know that I am extremely disappointed that he has done this to my friend who came to him for help. I have even attempted to contact him myself with an email and letter but have also not had any response from him or his staff. Very, very disappointing! \r
Be careful if you are considering asking Peter for help with your legal issues. You may not get the help or follow-up you need!
