This company is HORRID. Nelson and Hillary Davis are the owners and they repeatedly turned their heads on serious contractual violations. My daughter was very traumatized living in one of their units. Her roommate was a kleptomaniac and would steal anything and everything. My daughter had nightmares all year and lived the entire year hiding in her room. She never used any common areas like the living room and kitchen. She was a prisoner in her own apartment. They refused to deal with the problems. The place was filthy and in a horrible state of disrepair. The icing on the cake was when they gave out my daughter's personal information to a complete stranger. For many reasons that I won't make public, their actions were unethical and unacceptable. Save yourself the headaches and trauma....RUN AWAY from this company. There are many other places to live. My daughter is renting from a different management company and is loving life again.
