I have ordered from here a few times and every time, it has lacked quality. The recipes are not followed because half the time I order my favorite Thai dish, it's either too hot or too watery. Also, they put the to-go meals in Styrofoam boxes at boiling temperatures and the boxes have split open on me three times with sauces going everywhere. I kept going back to expect better results because it's the closest Thai food to me, but the jokes on me because the service never got better. In fact, the last time I will EVER GO THERE was tonight. I ordered my favorite dish and even had the phone hostess repeat it back to me: Panang Curry with TOFU and veggies and veggie spring rolls. Considering I live in the country, even a ""close"" drive is actually a long one and when I got home and opened my food and discovered CHICKEN instead of the ordered tofu, I was incredibly upset. Even as I picked up the food, she repeated my correct order back to me, so I knew it was the chef's fault, not the waitress. Upon calling the store to get a refund on the incorrectly cooked portion of my meal and a new pick up of TOFU curry, I was told it couldn't be done because the chef/owner said no. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Any other facility would be glad to remake your food and would refund the incorrectly cooked portion of food because it is a common courtesy! Especially if the customer has to drive to and from the facility twice (while sick, which the staff knew upon seeing me at my food pick up) and spend gas money to both ways.... not to mention, I tipped well! The chef wanted to argue with me that he couldn't afford to lose $10 over the meal he cooked me, well how about losing a customer!! Besides, that meal didn't take $10 to make, that's just how much you sell if for! I could have defrosted broccoli and fried tofu and rice for under $5 myself, had I felt like cooking because of being sick. Finally, the phone hostess told me, ""Well you don't have to be worried [or have ill feelings toward] about our business because we are closing at the beginning of the new year,"" .....well with service like this, maybe that's a good thing. I would give them a negative star rating if it was possible.
