The scanned document in Ohio License official website ( yellow highlight) speaks for itself: you need to take a look at documents under administrative action. Warning:\r simply google Ohio dental board and you will fsee on the left side of the site the words License Verification. Click on that, type his name ( Glick, Daniel) in name search bar. A bar will appear with his name and all you need to do is to click on his name.\r \r The office crew are smily and chatty but the bar stops there. I don't get the sense that Dr. Glick gets involved. They are also extremely aggressive with billing and charging you separately for things you considered to be part of routine evaluation. Problem is that you are not told about it until after you get the bill ( for example 30 dollars for a flouride treatment while you are talked into rinsing your mouth with a cup for a second, or gum exam , which you will be billed in addition to routine checkup)\r
