THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT, BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL SAY ANYTHING TO SELL YOU CARPET BUT WILL NOT BACK UP WHAT THEY SAY. \r

We found the carpet we wanted and they had the best pricing so we waited about 20 minutes at there showroom for anyone to even acknowledge we were in the store. We should of know something was wrong at that time. We then placed an order for some of the carpet because we wanted to re-carpet the house in stages. When we went to pay for the carpet they tried to charge us more then quoted. They carpet was installed a week later then promised. We called to get another section of carpet ordered and no one would return our calls. (was told they are having problems with their answering machine well maybe someone should answer the phones) After about 4 weeks of no one returning our calls we went into the location and after 25 minutes with no one acknowledging us, we walked out. We also got a stain warranty on it and when I could not get the stain out of the carpet they would not send someone out like they said they would. We have only had the carpet for 3 months and regret ever using them.
