James W. must be a competitor trying to generate his own business. Every time I went to the dealer for service on my Mini, I'd get a long list of repairs and a bill for hundreds of dollars. Although I loved my car, I was getting frustrated with the maintenance expense. I found Federal Motors and discovered that the problem wasn't the car, it was the dealer charging for unnecessary repairs. Chris runs the best auto maintenance shop ever. I would never go anywhere else. I moved to Howard County and still bring my car to Federal Motors. 150,000 miles and still running strong.
