I bought a groupon and called the company to make an appointment the guy came out with a pickup truck and told me that he couldn't clean the carpet unless i pay 30 dollars more because my carpet was saturated with pet urine and he needed to use a bacterial removal,my small dogs do not urinate in my home and my neighbor is here visiting daily and told me that she never smells urine here,i told the man that i couldn't afford 30 more dollars so he proceeds to call the company ""outside of couse"" then comes back in and say's that he couldn't get a hold of them and then he ask if i could pay 20 dollars more just to make it worth his while to come out this far"" i live in avondale"" i told him no i could'nt . so he tells me that the company will call me and re-schedule for another day and bring the big truck out,i wait two days and never got a call so i call them abe tells me that the truck is coming out the same day so i gladly say thank you and wait all day they never called or showed up. i call the next day and abe tells me they will be out on that same day never called me or showed up, so i'm still here waiting with my house turned upside down no furniture ,because i wanted to make it easy for them to clean and get out quickly! i'm so disgusted with them treating me this way and at this point i just want a refund of my money!
