I was recently referred to this accounting firm by a friend who is a client of theirs and who was undergoing an IRS audit. My friend informed me that the audit concluded without a problem. I also needed assistance with an impending audit and I engaged this firm. I was able to get an appointment the same day I phoned. After explaining my circumstances, Brian reviewed the return being audited which showed an $80,000 tax liability. He found that my prior accountant had made an error on the return with regard to the sale of my business. Brian amended my return which resulted in my tax liability decreasing to $20,000 after the corrections were made. Needless to say, I thanked my friend for his recommendation to call Walter S.
