Review content:
Although it was determined that my case could not be pursued, (despite negligence by the defendant), what stood out to me right from the start with Attorney Brian Davis was his personalized and professional approach. He was the third attorney I consulted with on my case and was by far the most diligent. He was detailed in his approach to the matter and always responsive to my emails and phone calls. He took the time to explain his recommendations and he was always honest with me. I never felt rushed in conversations or that my case was unimportant nor did I ever feel like I was an intrusion on his time as some attorneys make you feel. Certainly I was hoping for a different outcome, but I sincerely appreciate Brian’s efforts and expertise to follow up all possible leads on my behalf. Living over 4 hours from where the incident occurred this was immensely helpful for me. So even though I will not be able to recoup my losses I can move forward confident that everything that could be pursued legally has been thoroughly investigated.\r
