Review content:
Love the food, but the service is sending me elsewhere. A few orders back, the driver dropped my food. The bottom of the bag broke--inconvenient and easily avoidable, but not enough to ruin my night. I told someone at the restaurant, she took my number and told me I had a credit. I didn't order the credited item next time, but the woman mentioned my credit, confirming its existence. I attempted ordering said item tonight and was told my credit was gone, and there was "no way" around handling my mysterious missing credit--like just giving the disgruntled customer what he wants. Very disappointed, because I loved the food, but they botched this grievance too poorly to justify giving them more money.
